David Winters, manager of the Wintergreen Fund, a component of the Bradway Strategic Portfolio, was interviewed on CNBC last month regarding the current economic and investment climate.
Winters said he continues to like investing outside of North America, where there's less debt, more growth potential and people who are willing to work hard to attain the lifestyle that Americans enjoy.
